If you use this software after the 14-day evaluation period a registration fee of $39.95 USD is required. Payment must be in US dollars or other accepted currency (see Order.txt). Registration fee grants you the right to use this software for unlimited time, and allows you to unlock the program to its full potential. When payment is received you will be sent your own personal serial number and registration code. More details about registering WhereIsIt? can be found in the separate document. Unregistered use of WhereIsIt? after the 14-day evaluation period, or using any methods to avoid shareware limitations other than using an original license file is in violation of international copyright laws.

One registered copy of WhereIsIt? may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both. You may access the registered version of WhereIsIt? through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For instance, if 5 different workstations will access WhereIsIt? on the network, each workstation must have its own WhereIsIt? license, regardless of whether they use WhereIsIt? at different times or concurrently.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU LICENSED TO DISTRIBUTE REGISTERED VERSION OF WhereIsIt? OR TO DISTRIBUTE GIVEN SERIAL NUMBER AND REGISTRATION DETAILS BY ANY MEANS.

WhereIsIt? Value Edition is a specialized release to be sold exclusively by licensed distributors or bundled with other products. By acquiring WhereIsIt? Value Edition as a standalone product, or bundled with some other product, you automatically receive one single-user license for this software. The same licensing rules apply as to the registered version. Your license to use this software is only valid for this specific release, and does not include a free upgrade to newer versions.
